Most offices have a computer system to keep track of recalls and unfinished patient treatment, but few offices use their systems well. The Appointment Tracker is a simple card file that supports or replaces computer tracking and eliminates those records that "need to have something done" piled at the front desk. Designed by a dentist and dental hygienist, this easy-to-use system can do it all.

The Appointment Tracker Starter Kit contains: a 4" x 6" x 16" pull drawer card file which will hold 1600 cards; 4" x 6" card guides with fused vinyl tabs that are daily (1-31), alphabetical, monthly and color-coded (6); four different 4" x 6" Tracker Cards on heavyweight, color-coded stock in packages of 100 each (Patient Information, Treatment Conference, Call List and Disappointment List); and  complete written instructions.
