This folder design is ours alone. It has a full-size pocket large enough for a panograph, insurance forms, letters, x-rays and even the contents of your patient's former chart when converting from your old system.

The folder is set up for modern "book shelf" filing with colored labels, indicating the first two or three letters of the patient's last name, being placed on the end tab.
