Generic Chart Folders

Our Generic Chart Folders are designed for modern "book shelf" style filing. There is no printing on this folder.

Features include: 1/2" wide, straight cut top tab; two-pli end tab; 11 point weight with 1/2 pocket open on top and inside (1/2 pocket will not accommodate a panograph or full mouth series); embossed score lines for accurate positioning of color coded labels and, if desired, two bonded fasteners. Although this folder is not an integral part of The First Encounter™ Charting System, chart system forms may be used with it.
