Folder Dividers and Fasteners

The Folder Divider can convert any folder into a multi-sectioned chart. It is self-adhesive and may be pressed into place along the spine of the chart. Twin Prong 1" Fasteners (FAST-35051) may be used to attach forms to the Folder Divider. Self Adhesive 1" Fasteners (FAST-68210) may be used with Chart Folders CF-100 and CF-24115

Stepping Stones to Success is designated as an Approved PACE Program Provider by the Academy of General Dentistry. The formal continuing dental education programs of this program provider are accepted by the AGD for Fellowship, Mastership and membership maintenance credit. Approval does not imply acceptance by a state or provincial board of dentistry or AGD endorsement. The current term of approval extends from 8/1/2009 to 7/31/2012.
