Record Pocket Dividers

The Record Pocket Divider allows for separation of current and past patient information and includes a printed section to note the contents behind the divider. Recent radiographs and other patient materials are easy to find in the front of the divider. When converting from an old system to The First Encounter, the divider can be used to separate the contents of the patient's old chart from current information.

Stepping Stones to Success is designated as an Approved PACE Program Provider by the Academy of General Dentistry. The formal continuing dental education programs of this program provider are accepted by the AGD for Fellowship, Mastership and membership maintenance credit. Approval does not imply acceptance by a state or provincial board of dentistry or AGD endorsement. The current term of approval extends from 8/1/2009 to 7/31/2012.
