 Insurance Payment, Coding, and Patient Communication

Do your patients understand their dental insurance?  Most don’t.  This presentation gives realistic guidelines on what insurance offers patients and details for helping them understand its’ limitations.  Proper coding, including current and new ADA codes and how carriers are expected to pay them is covered.  This course is realistic, not sensational or confrontational.  Topics include terminology for narratives, attachment issues, code development, what constitutes insurance fraud, and answers to difficult patient questions.
