Color Coded Labels

Color coded labels speed sorting, filing and retrieval of charts. Accuracy and efficiency are enhanced and, with our rolls and sheets, your chart folders can be completed quickly. Bright, attractive and easy to read, the wrap-around numbers and letters feature Smead quality and are laminated to protect against smudging and cracking.

Alphabetic Labels

Alpha Z Alphabetic Labels are color coded to identify the first, second and third (optional) letter of the patient's last name. The larger Starter Kit (LAB-67100) is a roll desk model with Replacement Rolls of individual letters available. The smaller Start Kit (LAB-67170) is in a plastic desk file with indexes. Replacement Sheets of individual letters are available.
